All sales final. Exchanges are honored for defect products.

For custom orders, as the pieces are made to order with custom measurements, no returns or exchanges will be allowed.

USA SHIPPING

Shipping by default uses USPS Ground shipping, which ships in 3-5 days. If you require faster shipping, please email info@shawnawu.com and inquire for express Fedex/UPS shipping. The extra cost will be at the expense of the customer.

Delivery times are provided as a guideline and do not factor in delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances, such as severe weather or circumstances related to the courier itself. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are at a flat rate of $30 using DHL shipping. International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees collected by the destination country. The customer will be responsible for these costs. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. If your package has been lost and/or stolen, please contact your carrier immediately and provide them with your tracking number.
