Metal cuff inspired by ancient Chinese carved dynasty bi jade discs. Circular studded shape with intricate detailing, wear multiple ways to reveal its complex design.
Bi discs were usually associated with heaven. The disc's circular shape symbolises early cosmological concepts of the covering sky (gai tian) revolving around a central axis, represented by the center hole. These bi discs (heaven) were often used together with cong (earth) to symbolise unity with heaven and earth.
Finished with dark silver patina and made in aluminum for lighter ease of wear.
